Premium Ai Card

Up to 5% points reward for repeat customers

For each stay, we will issue a point card that converts up to 5% of the basic room charge (tax not included). The points can be used for your next and subsequent stays. You can also transfer the points to your family, friends, or other close friends.

Earn points

If you make a reservation directly by phone or through our official website, you will receive 5% points of the basic room charge (tax not included). Reservations made through other booking sites or travel agencies will receive 3% points.

  • At the time of payment, a "Premium Ai Card" will be issued with the points and the date of usage.
  • Cards are valid for 3 years from the date of the last stay (the date of usage written on the card).
  • After your second stay, if you wish to earn points without using them, we will exchange your old card for a new card with points added. Please hand your card to the front desk when you check in.
  • After your second stay, if you use your points, the new points will be credited to the amount of the basic room charge (tax not included) minus the amount of points you have used.
  • If you already have a card, you can also earn points for day trips and meals.

※In case of card loss, we will not be able to reissue the card or refund in cash.
※Please note that the service is may change or end at any time. (In such cases, your points can be used within the validity period.)

Use points

Please hand your card to the front desk when you check in.

  • Only overnight guests may use this service.
  • It is valid even if you transfer it to someone else.

※The card cannot be used when it is issued for the first time or after the validity period has expired.
※This service is not available for day-trip and meals.
※Points cannot be used during the period of Dec. 30 - Jan. 3 and Golden Week.
