  • Not available during peak periods such as year-end and new year's holidays, golden weeks, summer season, and days before holidays.
  • Reservations are accepted from 3 days before to 8:00 p.m. the day before.
    For NC type, reservations may be accepted more earlier depending on the day. Please inquire by phone.
  • No changes can be made to the reserved style (check-in and check-out times) on the day of the reservation.
    For example, if a guest who reserved a 6-hour stay checks in one hour late at 12:30 noon, the check-out time is still 5:30 p.m. Also, please note that we do not accept any discount on the price.
  • Lunch will be served from 11:30 a.m., last order at 1:30 p.m. It will be served at the "Yamami-an" private dining room.
  • Dinner will be served from 6:00 p.m. It will be served at the "Yamami-an" private dining room or In-room meals, depending on the guest room.
  • Futons are laid out in the guest rooms in advance. If you do not need, please let us know in advance.
  • For "9 hours stay" guests, staff will come up to your room and clean up your futon while you are having dinner.
