I have allergies, can you accommodate me?

Yes.
We will accommodate you to the extent we can, please consult with us.

Can I take a day trip to the bath?

We do not offer only bathing service but we do offer a plan that includes a Meal in a private dining room + Private open-air bath, or a Stay in a guest room with an open-air bath. For details, please see ⇒About Day Trip page.

Is karaoke available?

No.
We do not have karaoke or companion services because most of our guests are small groups.

Are toilets equipped with washlets?

Yes.
All toilets in the guest rooms are toilets with showers.

Is the inn barrier-free?

No.
There is a 40-meter long, gentle stone staircase from the parking lot to the entrance, and there are no elevators or escalators inside the inn, as it is a two-story building. Please consult with us at the time of your reservation and we will do our best to guide you to a room with the least burden on you.

Is there a shuttle service from the station?

No.
We apologize for the inconvenience, please take a cab or a local bus.

What is the fee for buses and cabs from Chino station?

Buses cost 1,000 yen one way.
Cab is about 4,500 yen to 4,800 yen.

Are there places to sightsee nearby?

Yes, there are.
Tateshina Kogen is a large area, and there are only a few places within walking distance of the inn. If sightseeing is your main purpose, we recommend that you use a car or cab.

Is the bath with the room a "hot spring"?

The open-air baths in the guest rooms are hot springs, but the indoor baths, as well as other rooms, are not.
(The large public baths and private open-air baths are of course hot springs)

Do I need to make reservations in advance for the private baths?

No.
We ask for preferred times upon arrival on a first-come, first-served basis.

Can I bathe in the public baths 24 hours a day?

You can use the large baths throughout the night from 3:00 p.m. to 9:30 a.m. the next morning; except for the open-air baths, which are available only before the lights go out at 11:00 p.m. and the baths are open after it is light the next morning.

I have a child in elementary school and a child in kindergarten, can my children stay?

Yes.
We are happy to consult with you about the location of your room and where to have meals so that you can spend your time without hesitation. Please let us know when you make your reservation.

Do you offer additional services such as birthday cakes?

Yes.
If you need a cake, champagne, or any other items, please let us know when you make your reservation. We also offer special anniversary plans depending on the season. Please take advantage of it.

What kind of alcoholic beverages do you offer?

We offer a variety of sake cocktails as well as local sake from Shinshu. Some of the menu items are listed at⇒Sake of Shinshu and Sake Cocktails.
